Shipping & returns.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International standard delivery typically arrives within 7–14 business days; rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply at the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel at full value and include a customs invoice with each shipment.

Every parcel we send is offset through verified carbon-credit programs at the point of dispatch — no opt-in required, no upcharge.

We use recycled-fiber paper packaging, soy-ink labels, and reusable archival linen for every piece. The presentation box is FSC-certified and printed in low-VOC inks.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A pre-paid return label is included with every shipment — drop the parcel at any UPS or USPS location.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at the studio. Final-sale and engraved pieces are ineligible for return; this is noted on the product page before checkout.

Wear shows on every plated piece. Send any Gold & Treasure object back at any age and we'll re-plate, re-buff, and return it to you for the cost of postage only.

No expiration. No proof of purchase required — we keep records of every piece that leaves the studio.

A tracking link arrives by email within 24 hours of dispatch and updates as the parcel moves through the carrier network.
